If you have an appointment with this place, make sure that if you go into hospital that you are discharged before you appointment. I was bought a groupon voucher as a gift to get my eyelashes done, 9 hours before the appointment I break my arm and end up in hospital making my miss my appointment and giving me no time to call and resechdule. BY THE WAY THEY NEED 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL something I coudn't do as I didn't have a crystal ball to tell me I was going to break my arm. When I called to rearrange the manager wouldn't budge simply telling my that I'd lost my appointment and tough. So a broken arm and what could have been a lovely present wasted, because I don't have a crystal ball or the ability to move back in time to move the appointment. Can't understand why the appointment couldn't be rearranged, they've already had the money as I had to give them the Groupon code when I booked the appointment.
