  Took advantage of my father who knows nothing about computers. Not to recommend.

  You sold him products that have extremely close (and free) alternatives available online.
  
  I have been a Windows user all my life, never paid for Microsoft Office or Antivirus software and never had computer problems.
  
  Unfortunately I do not live close to my father at this time and went to your so without telling anyone before.
  
  I dont dispute that fact the laptop was a good deal, but I feel the 'extras' you sell are age sensitive. Younger people know you dont have to pay for these kinds of products these days (setting aside the debate regarding legality of use etc).
  
  I called you to say we weren't happy with the antivirus software, won't be using the antivirus software and would like a refund, you couldnt do it because it had already been registered/set up.
  
  Of course you free set up charge was really nice, but this service also ensures that if you arent satisfied, a refund isnt at all possible.
  
  I stand by my review.
